Questions about this service
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It's designed on the assumption that it will, sometimes. Anything with a real cost of error is drafted for a person to approve, not sent. Failures alert a person, the runbook says what to do, and the old manual path still works. The fix window and the retainer cover corrections.
Does every automation use AI?
No. Where the rules are fixed, we build a plain automation and call it that. AI is used where judgment over messy input is needed — reading a document, classifying an email, drafting a reply for review.
Do you use Zapier, Make, or similar tools?
Usually not. We build in plain code in your own cloud accounts, so there is no per-task subscription and nothing to migrate later. If a no-code tool is genuinely the right fit for your team, we'll say so.
What happens after launch?
A written fix window covers anything within scope. After that, run it yourself with the runbook, or keep us on the month-to-month retainer for monitoring, fixes, and improvements.
Do I need a developer on staff?
No. The runbook is written for the person who runs the process. Any developer can take over the code later, because it's standard and it's yours.
