1. Acceptance

By using this website you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by GainSolutions LLC (“GainSolutions”, “we”).

2. What the site is for

The site describes our services, publishes our prices, and lets you contact us or book a call. It is general information about what we offer. It is not legal, tax, accounting, security, or other professional advice, and it does not create an engagement between us.

3. Prices and proposals

Prices on the site are the ranges we currently quote from. They are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the effective date above, and we update them when they change. The price for any specific engagement is the one stated in a written proposal or agreement signed by both parties. Third-party services referred to on the site are priced by their providers under their own terms.

4. Illustrative examples

Examples on the site marked “illustrative” describe fictional businesses, created to show the format and reasoning of our work. They are not client results and do not promise any outcome. We do not publish testimonials, case studies, or results figures unless they are real, documented, and used with the client’s written permission.

5. Your use of the site

You agree not to use the site to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content; to submit forms with false information or on behalf of someone who has not authorized you; to probe, scan, or interfere with the site or its hosting; or to scrape content for republication. We may block access from any source that does these things.

6. Content and intellectual property

The text, design, code, and images on this site belong to GainSolutions or are used with permission. You may read, link to, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it for commercial use without our written permission. Trademarks and product names of other companies mentioned on the site belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply endorsement in either direction.

7. Third-party links and embeds

The site links to services run by others (for example the pricing pages of providers we use, and profiles on LinkedIn and X). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. There is no third-party scheduling calendar embedded on this site.

8. No warranties for the site

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of things that could harm your device, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GainSolutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for services we provide is addressed in the relevant service agreement, not here.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
